The following are items that I feel help with more agility, but which don't hurt your joints, muscles, or bones, in the way that a few more pounds of lean body mass does. These are not supplements. These are not even supplements to help your body make more power. I don't take these products. I am writing them down because they are all for different things and they all have a positive effect on my athletic performance. But, these are good things to help you do other things. You won't be able to get much more in a day or a week than I am telling you here. I am not going to list every single one of them, because I will give you plenty of time to read through these and decide what is right for you. But I do want to give you a list. If you read them all, you will start to understand the difference between agility products that are true and false.
These are true products and the ones that do work for everyone. They are designed to help you do things like jump higher, reach a higher jump, perform better with different moves. In general, I am going to call them "Athletic" or "Athletic Agility Training". They work. These are the ones that have a little more "fun" in them.
